I have been slowly working on a feathers quilt along project.  It’s the first paper piecing project I’ve attempted.  The quilt along started with picking colors in December.  I changed my mind on the white background when I found the turquoise fabric when we were in Florida.  I’m glad I did! I’m keeping this one!  I hope to find time to finish it soon or else it will end up waiting until we are on the road for custom harvesting.  I need to finish the back and quilt it, but the top is complete. It has been such a great learning experience and so much fun to look at everybody’s color combinations.
