Today we got going in the field! First the rocks were picked.

Then the fertilizer was applied and of course dad had a helper with him. Max loves to ride but has a tendency to fall asleep.

This is what a lot of the roads to the fields look like mostly grass and full of holes and you do not drive on them if it has rained recently.
Then it was worked in
and finally the ground was seeded it was so late I didn’t get a picture but 45 acres were seeded today. This field is going to be barley which gets hauled down to Rahr Malting in Taft, ND and is then sold to make beer.
