It finally feels like spring around here! We were able to finally get in the field and get rolling! It will be crazy busy now until harvest at home. Here are some of my captures from the week.
This is an entrance to the cemetery where my relatives are buried. My dad made the entrance structure before I was a teenager. He was a master welder and could fabricate almost anything out of what most people would call junk. I lost my dad in November 2012.
Thursday the guys hauled wheat to the ND Mill in Grand Forks, ND.
Friday we had our first load of fertilizer delivered! We are gearing up to get things going around here!
Saturday – Brett played in the playground for awhile after he waited in line so patiently for our Bountiful Basket delivery.
Sunday – Sven finally got to drive a tractor. He has been patiently waiting for things to get rolling.
Mick was spreading fertilizer on our flax ground.
Brett and Sadie decided to nap in the greenhouse. It was the only warm spot around here.
